Music

The objective of this course is to inspire students’ interest in different kinds of music. Students learn to build upon the basic elements of music. This includes recognizing and understanding specific musical concepts such as tonality, harmony, melody, rhythm, dynamics, texture, structure, form, tempo, meter and timber.

Students are encouraged to enjoy and appreciate music. Our goal is to promote awareness amongst our students of how important music is in our daily lives.
